There are so many reasons to be a part of the Basil Team, but here are my top three. First and foremost is the atmosphere—you’re surrounded by a young, driven group of people who push each other every day to improve. It truly feels like a family. Second is the opportunity. Whether you want to sell direct deals, JV deals, or focus on acquiring them, the options are there, giving you multiple ways to earn and grow. Third is the flexibility and freedom. As someone who works remotely, I still receive all the resources I need to do my job effectively and feel consistently included in deals, which makes a huge difference. I also want to give an honorable mention to Kyle and Lucas. They’re incredibly understanding when life happens, and they manage to strike a rare balance between being laid-back and still pushing us to succeed. Their leadership keeps us motivated and focused, and that’s something I truly appreciate.

Coming over to Basil Holdings was the best professional decision I have made. After graduating from college, I went into sales with many large corporations and found success, but I was never truly fulfilled. When I had the opportunity to join Basil Holdings, at first, it was nerve-racking as I was walking away from a salary + commission job to focus just on a commission structure. Needless to say, it worked out, and I could not be happier with my choice. The freedom the company gives its workers, while also providing a great pay structure, is unmatched. Kyle is always doing his best to balance freedom and work while always pushing us to reach monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses. The reason why I love working for Basil was not only because the team brings a positive atmosphere everyday or providing a helpful hand and knowledge in all aspects of real estate but Basil also provides an amazing opportunity to make six figures in your first year while also being on your own schedule and not committed to a stereotypical 9 to 5. After finishing my last year of college in Philadelphia and doing this as part-time, I made the move out to Arizona to pursue it full-time, and I have zero regrets. This experience has been nothing short of a blessing!
